How do I book a photoshoot?
Booking a photoshoot is simple. Contact us through our website or by email. We’ll discuss your wishes, recommend the most suitable package, and provide you with a personalised quotation. Once the 50% booking deposit has been received, your date is officially reserved.
Is a deposit required?
Yes.
To reserve your preferred date exclusively for you, we require a non-refundable 50% booking deposit. This allows us to secure your appointment and begin preparing every detail of your photoshoot.
Can I reschedule my photoshoot?
Yes, under certain conditions.
You may reschedule your photoshoot up to two times, provided you notify us at least three days before your scheduled session.
Rescheduling is only possible in the event of:
- Illness
- Medical emergency
- Family emergency
- Other serious and unforeseen circumstances
When is complimentary rescheduling not possible?
The following reasons are not considered valid for complimentary rescheduling:
- Holidays or changes to travel plans
- Work or business commitments
- Personal preference
- Change of mind
- Forgetting your appointment
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance can be paid either before your photoshoot or on the day of your session.
Which payment methods does by Light Studio accept?
We currently accept:

I’ve never done a professional photoshoot before. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
In fact, most of our clients are in front of a professional camera for the very first time. Throughout the entire session, we guide you step by step so you feel relaxed, confident, and comfortable.
Will you help me with preparation?
Absolutely.
Before every photoshoot, you receive personal guidance, including:

- Location suggestions
This ensures you are fully prepared for your photoshoot.
What should I wear?
Wear something in which you feel beautiful and comfortable.
After booking, you will receive personalised wardrobe advice tailored to your chosen style, location, and type of photoshoot.
Can I bring multiple outfits?
Yes.
Depending on your selected package, you are welcome to bring multiple outfits for more variety in your final gallery.
Is professional makeup available?
Yes.
Professional makeup services are available upon request.
Where can the photoshoot take place?
Almost anywhere.
We photograph in a variety of locations, including:
- Outdoor locations
- Professional studios
- Your home
- Hotels

- International destinations
Together, we select the location that best fits your vision.
Do I need to know how to pose?
No.
Posing is our responsibility, not yours. We guide you throughout the entire session so every posture looks natural, elegant, and flattering.
What if I feel nervous?
That is completely normal.
We create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere so that most clients feel at ease within just a few minutes.
How long does a photoshoot take?
The duration depends on the selected package.
Before your session, you will receive all necessary details so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I see the photos during the shoot?
Yes.
If needed, we can show you previews during the session to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions negatively affect the quality of the photos, we will reschedule your session or move to a suitable indoor location whenever possible.
Can we make adjustments during the photoshoot?
Small adjustments are always possible.
However, larger concept changes are preferably discussed in advance to ensure everything is perfectly prepared.
Who selects the final images?
The final selection is made by the photographer.
This ensures a gallery that is both artistically refined and personally aligned with your vision.
When will I receive my photos?
Depending on your package, delivery takes 3 to 10 business days.
Is express delivery available?
Yes.
For an additional fee, we offer a 24-hour express delivery service, subject to availability.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive your images via a secure online gallery, where you can easily download all photos in high resolution.
Can I order additional photos?
Yes.
After receiving your gallery, you can always order additional professionally edited images.
Pricing:
- Portrait, Boudoir & Photography: €99.00 per image
- Business Photography: €79.00 per image
A special package discount is available when ordering 10 or more additional images.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No.
RAW files are unedited digital files and do not represent the final product you are investing in.
Professional retouching is an essential part of the by Light Studio style and quality. Therefore, RAW files are never delivered.
What kind of retouching is included?
Every selected image is professionally retouched.
Depending on the image, this may include:
- Skin enhancement
- Removal of temporary imperfections
- Softening under-eye circles
- Teeth whitening
- Background cleanup or removal
- Subtle body or clothing adjustments
Our goal is always to maintain a natural and elegant appearance.
Will my photos be published?
Only with your written consent.
Your privacy is our priority. Without your permission, images are never used for marketing or promotional purposes.
